Inland Port Greer
Greer, SC, boasts a full-service port terminal 212 miles inland from the Port of Charleston. The SC Ports Authority operates the Inland Port as a container yard, and Norfolk Southern offers exclusive daily rail service to the Port of Charleston.
Greenville – Spartanburg International Airport (GSP)
Located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville on I-85, the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is the primary aviation facility in the Upstate. GSP provides passenger service to more than 2 million passengers annually, as well as international cargo services.
Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU)
GMU is the busiest General Aviation Airport in the state. Located adjacent to the TD Convention Center and only three miles from Greenville’s Central Business District, the Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU) serves as the “Corporate Gateway” to Greenville.
SC Technology and Aviation Center (SC TAC)
Featuring a public airport designed to meet various aviation-related business needs, Donaldson Field (GYH) has an 8,000-foot primary runway that can handle virtually any landing gear configured aircraft, and it has a Category 1 Instrument Landing System.

In addition, the major commercial air hubs of Charlotte (CLT) and Atlanta (ATL) are approximately 2 hours and 2.5 hours away, respectively.
Rail Service Providers
From Greenville, all major metropolitan areas in the United States are accessible within three to six days by rail. Greenville County is served by two Class 1 railroads, Norfolk-Southern and CSX Transportation. Additionally, a Genesee and Wyoming short-line railroad operating as Carolina Piedmont, runs from east Greenville to nearby Laurens.
