GREENVILLE, SC | August 07, 2025 – The Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC) has named Marshall Franklin of EY as Chairman of its Board of Directors for 2025-2026. Joining him as officers are Chad Tumblin of NVR as Vice Chair, Amanda O’Brien of Robert Half International as Secretary, and Scott Case of Greenville County Auditor’s Office as Treasurer.

“It’s an exciting time for economic development in Greenville County, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside such a dedicated board and team,” said Marshall Franklin. “Our focus remains on creating opportunities, strengthening local businesses, and enhancing the quality of life for all who call Greenville County home.”
Four new members appointed by Greenville County Council joined the GADC Board in July as part of the 2025–2026 term:
