GREENVILLE, SC | June 11, 2024 – The Greenville Area Development Corporation, the county-chartered organization charged with promoting and enhancing the economic growth of Greenville County, has added Kai Dowden as an intern for the summer of 2024.
Dowden will support GADC’s Research and Marketing Manager, conduct research, and assist other members of the GADC team. In addition, he will update office and industrial property databases, assist prospects with research, and market products for use in business attraction and retention.
Dowden joins the GADC team from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. He is pursuing his undergraduate in Financial Management with an emphasis in real estate and a minor in accounting and anticipates graduating in December. Dowden has interests in brokerage and development as well as a passion for Greenville and the Upstate.
During his summer internship with GADC, Dowden is looking forward to using quantitative and qualitive data to increase his knowledge about the market, assist further development in Greenville, and help his community thrive economically.
